Quick Brownies

Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cup 4 Roses plain flour
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • 1/2 cup cocoa
    • 1 1/2 cups caster sugar
    • 1 cup chocolate chips 
    • 1 cup mini marshmallows 
    • 200g butter
    • 3 eggs

    Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 180c.
    2. Grease and line tray.
    3. Sift flour, baking powder.
    4. Add cocoa, sugar, choc bits and marshmallows.
    5. Melt butter.
    6. Add eggs to butter, pour into dry ingredients, combine.
    7. Spread into slice tray, bake 35 to 40 minutes.
    8. Cool and serve with icecream, cream and strawberries.
